摘　　要：文章对插销式自升自航抢险打捞工程船某平台升级改造,桩腿桩靴及导向块整体换新,提出有效的新桩靴安装工艺方案。在码头插桩状态拆除4个桩腿桩靴,使用浮吊将新桩靴吊进坞底,利用模块车依次将4个新桩靴运到桩腿围井位置(向舷侧偏0.9m摆放),再利用液压定位机将新桩靴下放到坞底,在坞内通过液压定位机将新桩靴与桩腿定位合龙。This paper proposes a new effective footing installation process plan for the overall renewal of the spud leg,footing,and guide block in the upgrading and reconstruction of a platform of the plug-type jack-up selfpropelled emergency salvage vessel.This paper removed 4 spud legs and footings in the state of pile insertion at the dock,hoisted the new footings into the dock bottom with a floating crane,transported the four new footings to the position of the enclosure well of the pile legs(placed at 0.9 m to the side)with a modular truck,then used a hydraulic positioning machine to lower the new footings to the dock bottom,and finally used the hydraulic positioning machine to finish the positioning and closure of the new footings and the spud legs in the dock.
