摘  要:相继增压(STC)技术是改善高增压柴油机低工况性能的有效手段,尤其以废气涡轮增压技术为主,文章针对高增压柴油机低工况性能较差及与柴油机匹配之间的问题,结合某船增压器转换故障,介绍了该型相继增压的转换条件及故障排除方法。Sequential turbocharging(STC)technology is an effective means to improve the performance of high-pressure-charging diesel engines under low working conditions,especially the exhaust turbocharging technology.Taking the conversion failure of a marine turbocharger as an example,this paper studies the problem of the poor performance of high-pressure-charging diesel engines under low working conditions and their fitting with the diesel engine.It introduces the conversion conditions of such type of sequential turbocharging and the relevant troubleshooting method.
