摘　　要：文章对叶片式液压泵定子内表面烧蚀故障的原因进行了深入分析。通过对研究对象、目的和背景的阐述,结合试验设计和理论分析,揭示了导致液压泵烧蚀故障的关键因素,探讨了人为错误、维护缺失、次优管理实践等对液压泵失效的影响。This paper provides an in-depth analysis of the causes of ablation failures on the inner surface of the stator of hydraulic vane pumps.Through the elaboration of the object,purpose,and background of the study,with experimental design and theoretical analysis,this paper reveals the key factors of ablation failures and discusses the effects of human errors,maintenance deficiencies,and sub-optimal management practices on failures of hydraulic pumps.
