摘 要:某船锚机系泊试验时,出现了绞缆盘空转时只有最低速和最高速、无中间速度的故障。为了恢复设备的使用性能,满足客户的使用需求,文章通过分析该锚机系统及其零部件的结构原理,从原理出发找出此故障是操作手柄、减压阀式伺服先导阀、斜盘机构等因素的不匹配所致,通过调整操控台的减压阀式伺服先导阀及主泵的斜盘特性螺栓,故障排除,恢复锚机的性能。During the mooring test of a ship windlass,a fault occurred that the windlass had only the lowest speed and the highest speed and no medium speed when idling.In order to restore the performance of the equipment to meet the needs of customers,this paper analyzes the structural principle of the windlass system,and its components.It finds that the reason for the failure is the mismatch between the operating handle,pressure-reducing servo pilot valve,swashplate mechanism and so on.This paper adjuststhe pressure-reducing servo pilot valve on the console and the characteristic bolts of the swash plate of the main pump.It eliminates the fault and restored the performance of the windlass.
