摘　　要：文章以某船艉轴管整体更换及艉轴由水润滑改为油润滑为例,梳理优化了拆除旧艉轴管、切割艉轴毂、安装新艉轴管和轴线找中,以及艉轴加工、裂纹消除的工艺流程,为船舶进行类似工程项目提供借鉴参考。This paper takes the replacement of the whole stern tube and the change from water lubrication to oil lubrication of the stern shaft as an example.It summarizes and optimizes the process of removing the old stern tube,cutting the stern boss,installing and aligning the new stern tube,machining the stern shaft,and eliminating the cracks,which provides a reference for similar ship engineering projects.
