摘　　要：测度自然科学基金项目的学科交叉度,不仅是对以科学论文为数据对象的已有学科交叉规律研究成果的补充,更是提早把握学科交叉现状并促进学科交叉研究的重要管理工具。本研究从自然科学基金项目产出论文(外在知识融合)、基金项目计划要素代码(program element code,PEC)(内在领域合作)和基金项目文本内容(微观知识会聚)3个维度构建了一个较为综合、全面的学科交叉测度方法体系,并以美国国家科学基金会(National Science Foundation,United States;NSF)资助的2009—2018年生物科学学部基金项目为例,验证方法的可行性与有效性。在理论层面,丰富和完善了科学基金视角下的学科交叉测度方法;在实践层面,可为在科学基金机构、科研人员等层面促进学科交叉发展提供数据支撑和决策依据。Measuring the interdisciplinarity of scientific funded projects not only supplements existing published results but also facilitates the management of early understanding pertaining to the current interdisciplinary situation and promotes interdisciplinary research.This study attempts to construct a comprehensive interdisciplinary research measurement system from three dimensions:project output papers(external knowledge fusion),project program element code(internal field cooperation),and project text content(microknowledge convergence).Additionally,projects from the Department of Biological Sciences funded by the U.S.National Science Foundation from 2009-2018 are used as examples to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed system.At the theoretical level,this study enriches and improves interdisciplinary measurement methods;at the practical level,it provides data support and a decision-making basis for promoting interdisciplinary development from the perspectives of scientific funding institutions,researchers,and others.
