摘　　要：国家是引领和推动现代化不可或缺的政治力量。国家发展是政治学研究的一个重要议题。学界对当代中国这一超大规模国家发展研究形成了四种有影响的理论范式。基于当代中国发展的经验事实,以中国共产党为中心的理论范式更具解释力。当代中国发展可从中国共产党发展观这一视角来解释。在中国共产党发展观中,促进发展是党和政府的职责所在。当代中国要发展,党和政府在思想和行动上要将促进发展作为其工作重心,创新和优化国家的发展理念,发挥国家规划、举国体制和人民群众的作用,通过有效的国家治理促进国家发展。中国共产党发展观之所以能引领当代中国发展,是因为它践行以人民为中心的发展观,倡导国家引领驱动发展的发展观。中国共产党发展观是行动主义的、务实主义的、与时代同行的。中国共产党发展观有效地解释了当代中国发展的观念逻辑,为破解当代中国发展之谜提供了新视角和新方向。State is an indispensable political force that leads and promotes modernization.National development is an important topic in the research of political science.Four influential theoretical paradigms have characterized scholarly research on the development of contemporary China as a super large-scale country.Based on the empirical facts of contemporary China’s development,the theoretical paradigm centered on the Communist Party of China is more explanatory.Modern C hina’s development can be illustrated from the perspective of the Communist Party of China’s view of development.In the CPC’s view of development,promoting development is the duty of the Party and the Government.For contemporary Chinese development,the Party and the Government must place the promotion of development at the center of their works in their thoughts and actions,innovate and optimize the country’s view of development,give full play to the roles of national planning,the whole nation system and the masses,promoting the country’s development through effective national governance.The CPC’s view of development can guide contemporary China’s development because it practices a people-centered view of development and advocates a state-led view of development that drives development.The CPC’s view of development is activist,pragmatic and in tune with the times.The CPC’s view of development effectively explains the conceptual logic of contemporary China’s development and provides a new perspective and direction for decoding the riddle of contemporary China’s development.
