基于LDA与社会网络分析的我国省级体育产业政策主题热点识别与演进分析

摘　　要：体育产业政策作为引导和调控体育产业发展的关键工具,对于促进体育产业高质量发展、增强我国体育国际竞争力以及推动体育强国建设具有不可替代的作用。该研究以2010—2023年我国31个省(区、市)的97份省级体育产业政策文本为样本,采用LDA模型与社会网络分析技术,深入剖析了体育产业政策的演进路径及其内在逻辑。研究表明:(1)体育产业政策主题数量呈递减趋势,政策内容聚拢性增强,政策的制定与执行呈精准化和专业化趋势。(2)体育产业政策构思和主旨导向逐渐清晰,政策主题热点分布均匀;体育产业政策热点正由宏观统筹逐步向具体领域细化,能够精准捕捉到经济社会发展的新需求。(3)体育产业政策演进并非单一线性,而是由多种演进路径组合而成,涵盖体育产业规划、体育税收金融等多个层面,体现了政策制定的全面性和前瞻性。基于此,研究建议:明确政策规划方向,推动体育产业均等化发展;深度挖掘政策内涵,培育体育产业新质生产力;优化政策执行机制,引领体育产业标准化进程。As a key tool to guide and regulate the development of sports industry,sports industry policy plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the high-quality development of sports industry,enhancing the international competitiveness of Chinese sports and promoting the construction of sports power.This study takes 97 provincial sports industrial policy texts from 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2010 to 2023 as samples,and uses LDA model and dynamic network analysis technology to deeply analyze the evolution path and internal logic of sports industrial policy.The study shows that:(1)The number of sports industry policy topics is decreasing,the policy content is converging,and the formulation and implementation of policy is precise and specialized.(2)The idea and theme orientation of sports industry policy are gradually clear,and the hotspots of policy topics are evenly distributed;Sports industry policy hotspots are gradually being refined from macro planning to specific areas,which can accurately capture the new needs of economic and social development.(3)The evolution of sports industry policy is not a single linear,but a combination of multiple evolution paths,covering sports industry planning,sports taxation and finance and other levels,reflecting the comprehensiveness and foresight of policy formulation.Based on this,the study suggests:clear policy planning direction,promote the equal development of sports industry;Dig the policy connotation deeply,cultivate the new quality productivity of sports industry;Optimize the policy implementation mechanism and lead the standardization process of the sports industry.
