摘　　要：目的了解高校心理健康服务现状和目前高校抑郁监测工作的难点,并就抑郁症监测的知识智能服务系统构建展开研究,以便更好地帮助高校学生管理部门了解学生抑郁心理状况并提供相关服务。方法通过文献检索梳理高校心理健康服务建设的现状,结合各高校大学生问卷调查和学生管理工作者的半结构化访谈,了解目前高校心理健康服务与抑郁监测的难点与薄弱点。结果如何借助校园数字化平台进行大学生抑郁症监测成为高校心理健康服务体系建设的研究重点,但高校目前尚未形成普及度高、针对性强、认可度高的抑郁症监测系统。结论将睡眠、运动、心率三个与抑郁症紧密相关的指标纳入监测数据库子系统,构建一个基于大学生抑郁症监测的知识智能服务系统,利用移动物联设备采集数据信息,动态监测分析大学生抑郁状态,及时预警并根据个人抑郁情况提供个性化、链条化的知识智能服务。进一步细化高校心理服务内容、创新心理健康服务方式、提升高校心理服务质量对于学生个体的自我心理状态认知水平有重要意义。Objective To understand the current status of psychological health services and difficulties in monitoring depression in colleges and universities,and research on construction of the knowledge intelligent service system for depression monitoring,to better help college students management departments understand depression psychological status of students and providing relevant services.Methods The paper sorted out current situation of psychological health service construction in colleges and universities based on literature search,understood difficulties and weaknesses of psychological health services and depression monitoring in colleges and universities combined with questionnaire surveys of college students and semi-structured interviews with student management workers.Results How to utilize campus digital platforms has become a research focus for construction of psychological health service systems in colleges and universities,but there has been not a depression monitoring system with high popularity,strong target,and high recognition in colleges and universities yet.Conclusion The paper incorporates three indicators closely related to depression into the monitoring database subsystem,namely sleep,exercise and heart rate,and constructs the knowledge intelligent service system based on monitoring depression of college students,which collects data information with mobile IoT devices,monitors and analyzes the depression status of college students dynamically,can provide warnings,personalized and chain based intelligent knowledge-based services timely based on individual depression situations,can refine the content of psychological services in colleges and universities further,innovate psychological health service methods,and improve the quality of psychological services in colleges and universities,with great significance for individual self-awareness of psychological state of students.
