胸腺法新联合抗生素治疗老年慢阻肺急性加重期的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析和研究胸腺法新联合抗生素治疗老年慢阻肺急性加重期的效果。方法选取2022年4月—2023年3月本院接收的老年慢阻肺急性加重期患者176例为研究对象,随机将其分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,每组88例。常规治疗组采用常规抗生素治疗,联合治疗组在常规治疗基础上进行胸腺法新治疗,分析两组治疗结果。结果联合治疗组总有效率比常规治疗组高(P<0.05);治疗前,两组症状积分、肺功能指标水平比较,无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后,联合治疗组症状积分比常规治疗组低,第1秒用力呼气量(EFV1)和第1秒用力呼气容积占用力呼气容积的百分比(FEV1/FVC)比常规治疗组高(P<0.05)。结论老年慢阻肺急性加重期患者应用胸腺法新联合抗生素治疗的效果显著,可进一步帮助患者改善临床症状,提升肺功能,值得在临床上推广。Objective To analyze and study the effect of thymalfasin combined with antibiotics in treatment of elderly patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation.Methods The paper chose 176 elderly patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation from April 2022 to March 2023,and divided them into two groups randomly,the routine treatment group and combination treatment group,with 88 cases in each group.The routine treatment group was treated with routine antibiotics,while the combination treatment group with thymalfasin.Curative effect was analyzed.Results Total effective rate of the combination treatment group was higher than the routine treatment group,there was significant difference in data(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in symptom scores and lung function indicators between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the symptom scores of the combination group were lower than the routine treatment group,and the FEV1 and FEV1%indicators were higher than the routine treatment group,with difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion Thymalfasin combined with antibiotics can achieve significant effect for elderly patients of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation,can further improve clinical symptoms and enhance lung function,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
