中医古方治疗小儿慢性咳嗽的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察中医古方在小儿慢性咳嗽治疗过程中的效果。方法选取2023年1月—2023年8月本诊所收治的30例符合临床观察标准的咳嗽患儿,通过随机分配的方式,将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组15例。对照组接受常规咳嗽治疗方案,而观察组则采用中医古方进行治疗,两组患儿的疗程均为14d。对比两组患儿的中医症候、治疗效果与咳嗽症状积分。结果两组的总有效率均达到了100%,通过统计学分析发现,两组之间的差异并未达到显著性水平(P>0.05)。结论对于小儿慢性咳嗽的治疗,常规方法与中医古方均表现出色,且疗效相当。Objective To observe the effect of TCM ancient prescriptions in diagnosis and treatment of chronic cough of children.Methods The paper included 30 children with cough met clinical observation criteria,and divided them into the observation group and the control group based on random allocation,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine cough treatment,while the observation group with TCM ancient prescriptions.Treatment course for both groups was 14 days,and total effective rate of both groups reached 100%.Statistical analysis showed,difference between two groups did not reach significant level(P>0.05).Results showed,both routine methods and TCM ancient prescriptions can achieve good performance for chronic cough of children,with comparable effect,which is worthy of promotion.
