摘 要:目的分析延续护理结合家属健康教育在小儿哮喘治疗中的应用效果。方法通过计算机1:1随机数列方式将本院2021年7月—2023年7月诊治的哮喘患儿100例均分两组。参照组采用常规护理模式,研究组采用延续护理结合家属健康教育模式,对比分析两组的护理效果。结果研究组入院次数和再次发作次数均少于参照组(P<0.05)。相比于参照组,研究组依从性更高(P<0.05)。研究组家属满意度显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。研究组精神健康、社会功能、躯体疼痛和生理功能等分值显著高于参照组(P<0.05)。结论在小儿哮喘治疗中采用延续护理结合家属健康教育模式,效果理想,不仅将患儿的依从性和干预效果显著提升,同时可将复发次数减少,获得家属更高的认可,临床应用价值极高。Objective To analyze application effect of continuous nursing combined with family health education in treatment of pediatric asthma.Methods The paper divided 100 children with asthma in our hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 into two groups with 1:1 random sequence method by computer.Among them,50 cases were treated with routine nursing as the reference group,and the other 50 cases with continuous nursing combined with family health education as the study group.Nursing effect was summarized.Results The number of hospitalizations and recurrent attacks in the study group were lower than reference group,P<0.05.The study group had higher compliance than the reference group,P<0.05.The satisfaction degree of family members in the study group was significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Mental health,social function,physical pains,and physiological function in the study group were significantly higher than the reference group,P<0.05.Conclusion Combination of continuous nursing and family health education can achieve ideal effect for children with asthma,can improve compliance and intervention effect significantly,reduce number of relapses and gain higher recognition from family members,which has extremely high clinical application value.
