血糖信息化管理系统在2型糖尿病患者随访中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨血糖信息化管理系统在2型糖尿病患者随访中的应用。方法从本院2022年1月—2023年8月住院的2型糖尿病患者中选择50例作为研究对象,按管理模式将其分成对照组和观察组,每组25例。其中,对照组采用常规的管理方式,观察组采用血糖信息化管理方式,统计分析两组之间的有关情况。结果观察组的自我管理功能得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者BMI、血糖、血脂指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在2型糖尿病患者的跟踪管理过程中,采用血糖信息化管理系统能够发挥显著的管理效能,有效增强患者自我管理的能力,并有助于稳定患者的血糖、血脂水平,因此具有极高的价值。Objective To manage the information of blood glucose control of patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The paper chose 50 patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in our hospital from 2022 to August 2023,and divided them into two groups according to treatment mode,with 25 cases in the control group and 25 cases in observation group.The control group was treated with routine management methods,while the observation group with information-based blood glucose management methods.The relevant situations were compared between two groups.Results Both groups was treated with diet control,blood glucose monitoring and medication treatment,scores in various aspects were significantly lower than the control group.There was statistically significant difference in self-control scores between two groups,with P<0.05.Conclusion During the follow-up process of type 2 diabetes,blood glucose information management system can achieve good management effect,can improve the self management ability effectively,and maintain the blood glucose level of patients,which has great value.
