摘　　要：目的分析医用托手架在股骨粗隆PFNA手术体位摆放中的应用效果。方法选择2022年5月—2024年4月在本院行股骨粗隆PFNA手术的患者40例开展实验,并按照随机数字表法分为实验组和比对组,每组20例。其中,比对组采用传统固定法,实验组采用医用托手架法,分析手术体位进行摆放耗时、手术体位摆放后不同时期肢体不适感结果、两组患者舒适度满意度,医生满意度结果以及并发症发生率。结果①实验组手术体位摆放所需的时间短于比对组(P<0.05);②实验组手术体位摆放前、中、后期肢体不适感均低于比对组(P<0.05);③实验组舒适度满意度,医生满意度结果均高于比对组(P<0.05);④实验组总并发症率更低,均优于比对组(P<0.05)。结论临床上针对股骨粗隆PFNA手术体位摆放中应用医用托手架,可以有效的缩短手术体位的摆放时间,减少不适感和并发症产生,对于患者舒适度和医生满意度有提升效果,确保了安全性,患者手术配合度更高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze application effect of a medical hand tand on position placement of femoral trochanter PFNA surgery.Methods The paper chose 40 patients with femoral trochanter PFNA surgery from May 2022 to April 2024 for experiment,and divided them into the experimental group and the control group with random number table method,with 20 cases in each group,including the control group(treated with traditional fixation)and the experimental group(with medical support stand).Time of position placement,results of limb discomfort at different stages after the placement,satisfaction degree of comfort level of two groups,satisfaction degree of doctors,and incidence of complications were analyzed.Results①Time of surgical position placement in the experimental group was shorter than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).②Discomfort of limbs in the experimental group before,during,and after position placement was lower than the control group,with difference in results(P<0.05).③The satisfaction degree of comfort and doctors in the experimental group was higher than the control group,with consistence(P<0.05).④Total complication rate of the experimental group was lower and better than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion During clinical practice,medical hand stand in position placement of femoral trochanters PFNA surgery can shorten placement time and discomfort effectively,reduce incidence of complications,improve comfort of patients and satisfaction degree of doctors,ensure safety,and increase cooperation of patients,which is worthy of promotion and application.
