精细化管理在病案室病案管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的精细化管理在病案室病案管理中的应用效果。方法整理2023年1—6月实施常规管理时的病案120份及管理人员16名为对照组,另选取2023年7—12月实施精细化时的病案120份及管理人员16名为观察组。对比两组管理效果。结果观察组病案管理合格率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组病案资料破损、缺失率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组管理质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论精细化管理实施后可提升病案室病案管理质量,有推广实践的价值。Objective To evaluate application effect of refined management in medical record management of the medical record room.Methods The paper organized 120 medical records and 16 management staff with routine management from January 2023 to June 2023 as the control group,and 120 medical records and 16 management staff with refined management from July 2023 to December 2023 as the observation group.Management effect was compared.Results The qualified rate of medical record management in the observation group was higher than the control group,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Damage and missing rate of medical records in the observation group was lower than the control group,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).The management quality scores of the observation group were higher than the control group,the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of refined management can improve quality of medical record management in the medical record room,which has value for practice and promotion.
