自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ混合痔的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨分析自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ混合痔的疗效。方法选择2022年8月—2023年8月本院肛肠外科收治的86例Ⅱ-Ⅲ混合痔患者作为研究对象,按照双盲法分为自动组(n=43)与参照组(n=43)。其中,自动组实施自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗,参照组实施吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术治疗。比较组间康复指标、肛门功能、肛周功能、生活质量。结果自动组VAS评分、术后出血评分、伤口愈合时间、住院时间等康复指标均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间静息时直肠压力、肛管收缩压的最大值、直肠的耐受量峰值等肛门功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,自动组静息时直肠压力、肛管收缩压的最大值、直肠的耐受量峰值等肛门功能均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间肛门排气情况、大便干燥失禁、大便液态失禁、黏液状大便失禁等肛周功能对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,自动组肛门排气情况、大便干燥失禁、大便液态失禁、黏液状大便失禁等肛周功能均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,组间生理恢复、人际关系、精神状态、身体功能等生活质量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,自动组生理恢复、人际关系、精神状态、身体功能等生活质量均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论自动弹力线痔疮套扎术治疗Ⅱ-Ⅲ混合痔的效果显著。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of hemorrhoid ligation with automatic elastic thread for typeⅡ-Ⅲmixed hemorrhoids.Methods Time period was from August 2022 to August 2023,the paper chose 86 patients with mixed hemorrhoids(typeⅡ-Ⅲ)in the colorectal surgery department of our hospital as research subjects,and divided them into the automatic group(n=43)and the control group(n=43)according to double-blind mechanism.The automatic group was treated with hemorrhoid ligation surgery with automatic elastic thread,while the control group with procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids.Rehabilitation indicators,anal function,perianal function,and life quality were compared between groups.Results The rehabilitation indicators of VAS scores,postoperative bleeding scores,wound healing time,and length of stay in the automatic group were significantly better than reference group,(P<0.05),statistical difference between two groups was significant.Before treatment,comparison of the maximum resting rectal pressure,anal systolic pressure,and peak rectal tolerance between two groups showed P>0.05,statistical difference between two groups was not significant.After treatment,the anal function of resting rectal pressure,maximum anal systolic pressure and peak rectal tolerance in the automatic group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05),statistical difference between two groups was significant.Before treatment,comparison of anal exhaust,dry stool incontinence,liquid stool incontinence,mucous stool incontinence,and other perianal functions between two groups showed P>0.05,statistical difference between two groups was not significant.After treatment,perianal function of anal exhaust,dry stool incontinence,liquid stool incontinence,and mucous stool incontinence in the automatic group was significantly better than the control group,(P<0.05),with statistically significant difference between two groups.Before treatment,life quality comparison of physiological recovery,interpersonal relationships,mental state and
