藻酸盐敷料在治疗指端缺损中的临床疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的评估藻酸盐敷料在治疗指端缺损中的临床疗效及安全性,为实际应用提供一定指导。方法本次研究进行对照分析,选取接受诊疗的指端缺损的病例共计70例,所有病例均符合修复治疗指征。按照随机数字表法将其分为两组。两组患者基础处理相同,对照组(35例)采用邻指皮瓣修复术,观察组(35例)采用藻酸盐敷料。术后6个月评价手功能和活动度,比较两组恢复效果和并发症情况。结果对照组的恢复优良率与观察组相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组的手功能评分、近侧指关节活动度、远侧指关节活动度,均低于观察组(P<0.05)。对照组的总并发症率高于观察组。结论藻酸盐敷料治疗指端缺损中的临床疗效与邻指皮瓣修复术基本一致,但藻酸盐敷料可以促进手功能和活动度的恢复,减少并发症,其效果显著。Objective To evaluate clinical effect and safety of alginate dressings in treatment of fingertip defects,and provide guidance for practical application.Methods The paper chose 70 patients with fingertip defects met indications for repair treatment for comparative analysis,With informed consent of patients,the paper divided them into two groups according to random number table method.Based on the same basic treatment for two groups,the control group(35 cases)was treated with proximal finger flap repair surgery,and the observation group(35 cases)with alginate dressings.Hand function and mobility was evaluated 6 months after surgery,recovery effect and complications were compared between two groups.Results Comparison of recovery rate of the control group(91.43%)and the observation group(94.28%)was not statistically significant,(P>0.05).The hand function scores,proximal finger joint range of motion,and distal finger joint range of motion of the control group were lower than observation group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Total complication rate of the control group(17.14%)was higher than the observation group(2.86%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical effect of alginate dressing in treatment of fingertip defects is similar to proximal finger flap repair surgery.However,alginate dressing can promote the recovery of hand function and mobility,reduce complications,with significant effect.
