化瘀通便汤改善慢传输型便秘患者肠动力的临床研究

摘　　要：目的分析慢传输型便秘患者使用化瘀通便汤的临床疗效以及对患者胃肠动力的影响。方法将本院2022年4月—2023年4月接诊的98例慢传输型便秘患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。其中,对照组患者采用西医乳果糖治疗,观察组患者使用化瘀通便汤,治疗后分析两组患者的治疗效果以及胃肠动力改善情况。结果治疗前,两组症状评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,症状评分对比,观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组慢传输型便秘总改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,72h结肠残留标志物方面,两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,72h结肠残留标志物方面,观察组小于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者在治疗期间均无相关不良反应发生。结论在慢传输型便秘患者的治疗过程中,应用化瘀通便汤能够增强疗效,改善症状并提升患者的肠道动力,具有较高的综合应用价值,因此值得广泛推广。Objective To analyze clinical effect of removing blood stasis and promoting bowel movements decoction for patients with slow transit constipation and its effect on gastrointestinal motility.Methods The paper chose 98 patients with slow transit constipation in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 as study subjects,and divided them into the control group and observation group randomly,with 49 cases in the control group treated with western lactulose and 49 cases in the observation group with removing blood stasis and promoting bowel movements decoction.Curative effect and improvement of gastrointestinal motility was retrospectively analyzed between two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in symptom scores between two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,symptom scores of the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Overall improvement rate of slow transit constipation in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in residual markers in the colon 72 hours before treatment between two groups(P>0.05).Residual markers in the colon 72 hours after treatment in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were no related adverse reactions during treatment period group for two groups.Conclusion Removing blood stasis and promoting bowel movements decoction can improve effect,symptoms,and intestinal motility of patients with slow transit constipation,with high comprehensive application value,which is worthy of promotion and application.
