摘  要:为探究铜钢双金属板材在轧制过程中轧制量的大小对板材性能的影响,课题组展开实验研究。共设置了轧制量分别为0.05 mm与0.10 mm的2组铜钢双金属板材轧制试验;并分别进行了金相观察、扫描电镜、布氏硬度(HBW)和摩擦磨损测试。结果表明:当轧制量为0.05 mm时,板材硬度较低,内部存在较多孔隙缺陷;而轧制量为0.10 mm时,板材布氏硬度(HBW)提高了5,内部孔隙缺陷明显改善,耐磨性也得到了一定程度的提高。In order to explore the influence of rolling quantity on the properties of copper-steel bimetallic sheet during rolling,the research group carried out experimental research.Two groups of copper and steel bimetallic plate rolling tests with rolling quantity of 0.05 mm and 0.10 mm were set up.Metallographic observation,scanning electron microscopy,Brinell hardness(HBW)and friction and wear tests were carried out respectively.The results show that when the rolling amount is 0.05 mm,the hardness of the plate is low,and there are more pore defects inside.But when the rolling amount is O.10 mm,the Brinell hardness(HBW)of the plate increasing by 5 and the internal pore defects is obviously improved and the wear resistance is also improved to a certain extent.
