新时代党校系统行政后勤工作发展的现实路径探析——以天水市委党校为例

摘　　要：党的十八大以来,党和国家事业发展逐渐步入新发展阶段,党校革统的行政后勤改革也在不断持续推进中,传统观念制约、资金投入不足、人员素质不高、保障能力滞后等问题亟待解决。当前,天水市委党校行政后勤工作在实现基础设施的现代化、创新改革培训服务、运作模式的特色化、服务管理的科学化等方面不断发挥自身优势,保障党校在新时代"为党育才、为党献策"工作中不断取得新成绩。Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the cause of the Party and the country has gradually entered a new stage of development,and the administrative and logistical reform in the Party School system has also been continuously pushed forward.Traditional concept constraints,insufficient funding,low staff qualifications,and lagging behind in support capabilities are urgent problems that need to be solved.Currently,the administrative and logistical work at the Tianshui Municipal Party School is constantly leveraging its own advantages in realizing the modernization of infrastructure,innovating and reforming training services,operating in a distinctive manner,and managing services scientifically,thus ensuring that the Party School continuously achieves new successes in its work of"educating talents for the Party and offering policy advice"in the new era.
