摘 要:数字经济对劳动就业的影响是当前学术研究的前沿问题和热点问题。研究发现,当前学术界关于数字经济对就业影响的研究主要从就业规模、就业结构、就业方式、就业质量、就业保障5个方面展开。总体来看,相关研究已取得丰硕成果,但尚未形成系统性统一分析框架,研究结论之间存在差异甚至对立之处。未来,应进一步深入多角度探讨数字经济对就业影响的结果和机制,为促进劳动力充分就业、更好发挥数字经济带动作用奠定理论基础。The impact of digital economy on employment is a frontier and hot issue in current academic research.It is found that current academic research on the impact of the digital economy on employment mainly unfolds from five aspects:employment scale,employment structure,employment methods,employment quality,and employment security.Overall,related research has achieved fruitful results,but a systematic and unified analytical framework has not yet been formed,and there are also differences and even contradictions among the research conclusions.In the future,further in-depth exploration of the results and mechanisms of the impact of the digital economy on employment from multiple perspectives should be carried out,in order to lay a theoretical foundation for promoting full employment of the labor force and better leveraging the driving role of the digital economy.
