黄河流域可持续发展水平耦合协调度及影响因素

摘　　要：实现经济高质量发展离不开人口、经济、社会、资源与环境的协调发展。以黄河流域9省份为例,构建人口、经济、社会、资源与环境系统综合指标体系,利用熵值法与耦合协调度模型计算黄河流域可持续发展指数及5大系统的耦合协调程度,利用灰色关联度模型探究影响黄河流域耦合协调的主要因素。结果表明:黄河流域整体人口、经济、社会、资源与环境系统达到基本协调,部分省份仍处于轻度失调,部分省份由轻度失调向基本协调逐渐过渡;资源系统与黄河流域耦合协调度关联程度达到强关联,其他系统达到较强关联。The high-quality development of the economy cannot be separated from the coordinated development of population,economy,society,resources,and environment.Taking the nine provinces in the Yellow River Basin as the research region,a comprehensive indicator system for the systems of population,economy,society,resources,and environment was constructed.The entropy method and the coupling coordination degree model were used to calculate the sustainable development index of the Yellow River Basin and the coupling coordination degree of the five major systems.The grey correlation degree model was employed to explore the main factors impacting the coupling coordination of the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the overall systems of population,economy,society,resources,and environment in the Yellow River Basin have reached basic coordination.Some provinces are still experiencing mild disequilibrium,while others are transitioning from mild disequilibrium to basic coordination.The resource system is found to be strongly correlated with the Yellow River Basin,and the other systems are also found to be strongly correlated.It is currently indicated that the coupling and coordination degree between the resource system and the Yellow River Basin is strong,and the same is true for the other systems.
