多源流理论视域下剧本娱乐监管政策议程设置

摘　　要：采用多源流理论对剧本娱乐纳入监管政策议程的过程机制进行分析。研究表明:剧本娱乐产业的相关数据指标、行业危机及突发性焦点事件构成了这一政策议程的问题源流;人大代表和专家学者的建言献策提供了大量具有可行性的政策方案,构成了政策源流,进一步加快推动了议程设置进程;执政党理念与国民情绪构成了政治源流,对政策议程设置的推进有着正向促进作用,最终促进政策议程设置的开启。The multi-source theory was adopted to analyze the process mechanism of the inclusion of script murder in the regulatory policy agenda.The researches show that relevant data indicators,industry crises and sudden focus events in the script murder industry constitute the problem source of this policy agenda.The suggestions and suggestions of NPC deputies,experts and scholars have provided a large number of feasible policy plans,which constitute the source of policy and further accelerate the agenda setting process.The ruling party’s philosophy and national sentiment constitute the political source,which has a positive promoting effect on the promotion of the policy agenda setting,and finally promotes the opening of the policy agenda setting.
