摘　　要：在高质量发展的背景下,为了对山东省海洋经济耦合协调度进行综合评价及预测,利用2006—2018年相关数据,建立耦合协调度模型进行实证分析。结果发现:2006—2018年山东省海洋经济高质量发展水平整体上呈现较大幅度增长;山东省耦合协调度呈现缓慢上升的趋势;预测2019—2030年耦合协调度依旧处于上升趋势,但是增长速率出现降低。最后针对研究结果提出政策建议,全面推进山东省海洋经济高质量发展。In order to make a comprehensive assessment and prediction of the coupled coordination degree of the marine economy of Shandong Province within the framework of high-quality development,the coupled coordination degree model was established to conduct an empirical analysis using the relevant data from 2006 to 2018.The results show that the level of high-quality development of Shandong Province’s marine economy from 2006 to 2018 showed a relatively large increase overall.The level of linkage coordination of Shandong Province showed a slowly increasing trend.It is predicted that the degree of linkage coordination will still increase from 2019 to 2030,but the growth rate is lower.Finally,policy recommendations are proposed to comprehensively promote the high-quality development of Shandong Province’s marine economy in light of the results of the study.
