摘  要:水泥稳定碎石半刚性基层在国内高速公路建设中使用广泛。针对其材料特性和开裂机理,采用外掺添加剂的方式进行新型水稳混合料的开发,以收缩抗裂指标作为主要筛选依据,创新性采用振弦式表面应变计测量水稳混合料收缩应变。采用干缩、温缩、弯拉、无侧限抗压强度试验进行水稳混合料性能的对比筛选,得到添加剂的最佳组合参数,综合对比优选出最佳的添加剂材料及工艺参数。Cement stabilized crushed stone semi-rigid base is widely used in the construction of highways in China.Based on its material characteristics and cracking mechanism,a new type of water stable mixture is developed by adding external additives.The shrinkage and crack resistance index was used as the main screening basis,and an innovative vibrating wire surface strain gauge is used to measure the shrinkage strain of the water stable mixture.Dry shrinkage,thermal shrinkage,flexural tension,and unconfined compressive strength tests were used to compare and screen the performance of the water stable mixture,and the optimal combination parameters of additives are obtained.The best additive material and process parameters are selected through comprehensive comparison and optimization.
