摘 要:基于南充四海街项目华新路下穿隧道施工案例,研究管幕暗挖技术的工艺原理和关键技术点,包括管幕的超前注浆、管幕钻机激光制导、管幕锁扣插销限位及导管注浆的关键工艺流程。提出施工过程中的质量控制标准及地表沉降和拱顶沉降的监测方案。通过工程实际得到初期支护拱顶位置最大沉降值为7.7 mm,上部公园地坪沉降最大值为5.1 mm。该施工技术能有效控制施工期间隧道质量和安全,也对隧道主体结构的稳定性起着至关重要的作用。Based on the construction case of the Huaxin Road underpass tunnel project at Nanchong Sihai Street,the technological principle and key points of the pipe-roof shield excavation technique were studied,including advanced grouting of the pipe-roof,laser guidance for the pipe-roof drilling rig,limit positioning of the pipe-roof lock pin,and the critical process flow for conduit grouting.The quality control standards during the construction process was proposed,and the monitoring plans for surface settlement and vault settlement were introduced.Through practical engineering,it is found that the maximum settlement value at the initial support vault position was 7.7 mm,and the maximum settlement value at the upper park ground was 5.1 mm.The effective control of the construction technology over the tunnel’s quality and safety during construction was verified and the construction technology plays a crucial role in the stability of the tunnel’s main structure.
