摘　　要：基于北部湾城市群2011—2020年的面板数据,使用双重差分模型对北部湾城市群发展战略对城市土地利用效率的影响进行研究。结果表明,北部湾城市群发展战略可以显著提高城市土地利用效率,这一结论通过了多种稳健性检验。异质性分析发现:该战略对大城市的城市土地利用效率具有显著正向提升作用,对于中小城市则没有明显的政策效果;在广西区域政策对城市土地利用效率的促进作用更强,广东区域次之,海南区域不显著。Based on the panel data of the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration from 2011 to 2020,the difference-in-differences model was used to investigate the impact of the development strategy of the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration on urban land use efficiency.The results show that the development strategy of the Beibu Gulf Urban Agglomeration can significantly improve urban land use efficiency,and this conclusion has been verified through various robustness tests.A heterogeneity analysis found that the strategy has a significant positive effect on enhancing urban land use efficiency in large cities,while there is no apparent policy effect in small and medium-siZed cities.Additionally,the promotional effect of the policy on urban land use efficiency is stronger in Guangxi,followed by Guangdong,and not significant in Hainan.
