摘 要:针对装配式预制T梁桥中混凝土横隔梁出现错台、开裂等病害,影响梁桥的正常使用寿命,焊接钢横隔梁在施工中操作不便,无法快速安装等缺点,设计一种螺栓铰接的新型钢横隔梁。基于实际工程,通过ABAQUS有限元数值模拟方法,探究新型钢横隔梁的横向传力性能。结果表明,新设计的钢横隔梁装置不仅可以解决混凝土横隔梁错台、开裂等问题,且具有快速安装、减少工作量等特点。In view of the shortcomings of the concrete diaphragm in the prefabricated T beam bridge,such as misalignment and cracking,which affect the normal service life of the girder bridge,and the inconvenient operation of the welded steel diaphragm in the construction and the inability to install quickly,a new type of steel diaphragm with bolt hinge was designed,and the transverse force transmission performance of the new steel diaphragm was explored through the ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation method based on the actual engineering.The results show that the newly designed steel beam can not only solve the problems of wrong platform and cracking of concrete beam,but also has the characteristics of fast installation and reduced workload.
