摘 要:针对山西天地王坡煤矿3307综采工作面采煤机过陷落柱难题,结合X45陷落柱现场概况,提出深孔松动爆破超前弱化专项方案。采用数值模拟分析陷落柱爆破裂隙扩展过程,并对深孔松动爆破超前弱化专项方案进行工业性试验。结果表明,深孔松动爆破超前弱化后,陷落柱弱化效果明显,截齿的损耗率降低了约44%,采煤机的推进速度提高了约60%,可大幅提高采煤效率。研究成果可为类似陷落柱深孔松动爆破设计提供参考。In order to address the issue of coal miner passing the collapse column for Shanxi Tiandi Wangpo coal mine 3307 comprehensive mining face,the deep hole loose blasting over-weakening program is proposed combined with X45 collapse column site profile.The numerical simulation method was used to analyze the collapse column blasting fissure expansion process,and the deep hole loose blasting over-weakening program is validated by industrial testing.The results indicate that the collapse column can be significantly weakened after over-weakening of deep hole loose blasting,the loss rate of the pick was reduced by about 44%,and the propulsion speed of the shearer was increased by about 60%,which can largely improve the efficiency of coal mining.The study provides a reference for the design of similar deep hole loose blasting of collapse column.
