海上平台超临界CO_(2)泄漏温降特性实验研究

摘　　要：依托海上平台将超临界CO_(2)回注至海底咸水层是海上CCUS的关键环节。超临界CO_(2)泄漏后短时间内容易形成低温区域,对周围油气设施运行、作业人员的安全与健康构成威胁。以恩平15-1海上平台为研究对象,通过搭建小尺寸平台,采用相似模型实验方法,研究了不同泄漏孔径(0.5 mm、1.6 mm和6.2 mm)、不同泄漏方向(垂直、水平、斜上45°)工况下超临界CO_(2)泄漏后周围温降特征与分布规律。研究发现:最低温度和最大温降出现在泄漏口附近,随着距离越大,温度越高,温降越小;在相同的初始泄漏压力、泄漏温度条件下,泄漏孔径越大,温度越低,温降越大;不论泄漏孔径大小,温降从大到小的方向顺序均为水平、斜上45°、竖直向上。Relying on offshore platforms to inject supercritical CO_(2)back into the seabed saline layer is a key step in offshore CCUS.Supercritical CO_(2)leakage can easily form a low-temperature area in a short time,posing a threat to the operation of surrounding oil and gas facilities and the safety and health of workers.This paper takes the Enping 15-1 offshore platform as the research object and studies the characteristics and distribution of ambient temperature drop after supercritical CO_(2)leakage under different leakage apertures(0.5 mm,1.6 mm,and 6.2 mm)and leakage directions(vertical,horizontal,and 45°upward)by building a small-sized platform and using a similar model experimental method.The research found that the lowest temperature and biggest temperature appears next to the leakage point,the further leakage point,the higher temperature and smaller temperature drop,the larger the leakage diameter,the lower temperature and the greater the temperature drop with the same original pressure and temperature.No matter the size of hole diameter,the order of temperature drops from high to low is the horizontal,the 45°upward,and the vertical.
