摘 要:表面增强拉曼光谱(SERS)技术能提供分子的指纹信息,具有灵敏度高、不受水峰干扰、无损分析、无需复杂前处理步骤等优势,适用于分析生物样本。SERS技术可以快速分析疾病标志物的含量或结构,有利于口腔疾病的早期诊断。本文简要介绍了SERS的发展、增强机理和改善SERS性能的方法,综述了SERS技术在龋病、牙周病、口腔癌等口腔疾病方面的应用,并展望了其发展趋势。Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)technology can provide fingerprint information of molecules,has the advanta-ges of high sensitivity,no interference from water peaks,nondestructive analysis,and no need for complex pre-treatment processes,and is suitable for the analysis of biological samples.It can be quickly analyzed the content or structure of disease markers by SERS tech-nology,which can be beneficial for early diagnosis of oral diseases.In this paper,the development,enhancement mechanism,and meth-ods to improve the performance of SERS have been briefly introduced.It has been also reviewed of the application of SERS technology in oral diseases such as dental caries,periodontal disease,and oral cancer,and as well as the outlook of the development trends.
