摘 要:本文制备了氨基功能化离子液体/玻碳微球复合物电极(NH_(2)-IL-GCPE),建立了一种检测对乙酰氨基酚的新方法。利用循环伏安法(CV)和差分脉冲伏安法(DPV)分别表征了传感器的电化学性能以及研究了对乙酰氨基酚的电化学行为。通过研究扫速对峰电流的影响,讨论了对乙酰氨基酚电极反应过程;考察了实验条件对对乙酰氨基酚响应电流的影响。制备的电极对对乙酰氨基酚具有很好的电催化活性。在最优实验条件下,建立的方法具有较宽的线性范围(2×10^(-7)~2×10^(-4) mol·L^(-1)),检测限可低至5×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)(S/N=3)。该方法可应用于检测药品中的对乙酰氨基酚,加标回收率在99.7%~101.8%之间。In this paper,an amino-functionalized ionic liquid/glassy carbon microsphere composite electrode(NH_(2)-IL-GCPE)was prepared,and a new method for detecting acetaminophen was established.Cyclic voltammetry(CV)and differential pulse voltamme-try(DPV)were utilized to characterize the electrochemical properties of the sensor and the electrochemical behavior of acetamino-phen,respectively.The electrode reaction process of acetaminophen was studied according to the effect of scan rate on peak current.The effects of experiment conditions on the response current of acetaminophen were investigated.The prepared electrode showed bet-ter electrocatalytic activity for acetaminophen.Under the optimal experimental conditions,the proposed method exhibited wide linear range(between 2×10^(-7) and 2×10^(-4)mol·L^(-1)),and the detection limit could be as low as 5×10^(-8)mol·L^(-1)(S/N=3).The method could be used in the detection of acetaminophen in drugs with the recoveries between 99.7%and 101.8%.
