摘 要:氨选择性催化还原技术(NH_(3)-SCR)是应用最为广泛的NO_(x)脱除技术,其中催化剂制备是SCR技术的核心。本文分别采用浸渍法和固相球磨法制备了3V6MoTiO_(2)催化剂,在球磨法制备催化剂时引入有机助剂己二酸,考察了不同催化剂的SCR性能,并通过XRD,H_(2)-TPR,NH_(3)-TPD,In situ DRIFTS等多种表征手段研究影响催化剂活性的因素,结果表明己二酸对钒钼钛催化剂的SCR活性有明显的提升作用。Ammonia selective catalytic reduction(NH_(3)-SCR)is the most widely used technology for NO_(x)removal,where catalyst preparation is one of the key ssues for its enhancement of efficiency.In this study,3VMoTiO,catalysts were prepared using the im pregnation method and solid-state ball milling.During the ball milling process,adipic acid was introduced as an organic additive to modify the catalyst structure.The SCR performance of the prepared catalysts was evaluated,and various characterization techniques,including XRD,H_(2)-TPR,NH_(3)-TPD,and In situ DRIFTS,were employed to investigate the factors affecting the catalytic activity.The results showed that adipic acid significantly enhanced the SCR performance of vanadium-molybdenum-titanium catalysts.
