摘 要:高矿化度的油田压裂用水,能对紫外光谱法检测辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-20)产生明显干扰。为了降低压裂用水对OP-20的检测干扰,采用羟丙基β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)作为遮蔽剂以降低压裂用水对OP-20的吸光度及临界胶束浓度(cmc)的影响。研究结果表明,当压裂用水矿化度为19961.5 mg·L^(-1)时,150.0 mg·L^(-1)OP-20的吸光度由蒸馏水中的1.253增加至1.328,OP-20的cmc也由蒸馏水中的118.9 mg·L^(-1)增大至142.7 mg·L^(-1),压裂用水中OP-20的检测回收率为105.5%~110.5%,误差较大。研究结果还表明,HP-β-CD能够有效降低压裂用水对OP-20的干扰,加入HP-β-CD后,可以破坏OP-20在蒸馏水及压裂用水中形成胶束,OP-20在蒸馏水及压裂用水中的吸光度也近乎相同,压裂用水中OP-20的检测回收率改善至100.2%~101.0%,准确度显著提高。红外光谱及核磁共振氢谱等表征表明,在水溶液中HP-β-CD与OP-20自发形成包结物是HP-β-CD具有抗干扰作用的主因。High salinity oilfield fracturing water can significantly interfere with the detection of octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether(OP-20)by UV spectroscopy.In order to reduce the interference of fracturing water on the quantitative analysis of OP-20,hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)was used as a masking agent to reduce the impact of fracturing water on OP-20 absorbance and critical micelle concentration(cmc).The research results indicated that when the mineralization degree of fracturing water was 19961.5 mg·L^(-1),the absorbance of 150.0 mg·L^(-1)OP-20 increased from 1.253 in distlled water to 1.328,and the cmc of OP-20 also increased from 118.9 mg·L^(-1) in distlled water to 142.7 mg·L^(-1).The detection recovery rate of OP-20 in fracturing water was 105.5%~110.5%,with a large error.The research results also indicated that HP-β-CD could effectively reduce the interfer-ence of fracturing water on OP-20.After adding HP-β-CD,it could disrupt the formation of OP-20 micelles in distilled water and fracturing water.The absorbances of OP-20 in distiled water and fracturing water were also almost the same.The detection recovery rate of 0P-20 in fracturing water was changed to 100.2%~101.0%,and the accuracy was significantly improved.Characterization such as infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy indicate that the spontaneous formation of inclu-sion complexes between HP-β-CD and OP-20 in aqueous solution was the main reason for the anti-interference ability of HP-β-CD.
