摘　　要：随着城市化进程的发展和高层建筑物年龄的增长,一些建筑内电梯设备已使用十五年以上,行业内一般将此类电梯称为老旧电梯。老旧电梯因使用年限长、设备老化,存在安全隐患和性能下降的风险。本文介绍了住宅老旧电梯安全评估的流程和项目内容,整理分析了2023年度镇江市495台老旧电梯安全评估数据,总结了老旧电梯存在的主要问题,并针对性提出解决方案和建议。With the development of urbanization and the aging of high-rise buildings,some elevator equipment in buildings has been used for more than 15 years,and such elevators are generally referred to as old elevators.Old elevators have safety risks and performance degradation due to their long service life and equipment aging.This article introduces the process and components involved in safety evaluations for old residential elevators,analyzes the safety evaluation data of 495 old elevators in Zhenjiang City in 2023.It summarizes the main problems existing in old elevators and provides targeted solutions and recommendations.
