摘　　要：2009年跨境人民币结算试点启动以来,中国跨境人民币结算稳步发展,内地31省区市省域差异明显。在已有研究基础上,实证分析产业发展水平、金融资源禀赋及区域政策等对跨境人民币结算的影响,丰富完善跨境人民币结算影响因素的研究。结合跨境结算货币理论,运用TOPSIS法对内地31省区市跨境人民币结算发展潜力测度评价,根据测度结果提出跨境人民币结算的极化发展区、支撑发展区及挖潜提升发展区的总体空间发展布局构想及省域功能定位,并就实施路径提出建议。Since the launch of the pilot program for cross-border RMB settlement in 2009,China’s cross-border RMB settlement has steadily developed,with significant differences among the 31 provinces and cities in the mainland of China.Based on the existing research,this article empirically analyzes the impacts of the industrial development level,the financial resource endowment,and the regional policies on cross-border RMB settlement,which aims to enrich and improve the research on the influencing factors of cross-border RMB settlement.Based on the theory of cross-border settlement currency,the TOPSIS method is used to measure and evaluate the development potential of cross-border RMB settlement in the 31 provinces and cities in the mainland of China.Based on the measurement results,the overall spatial development plan and provincial functional orientation of the polarized development zone,the supporting development zone and the potential development zone for cross-border RMB settlement are proposed,and suggestions for the implementation approaches are put forward.
