摘  要:为了获得不同浓度的Cu对土壤磷酸酶活性的影响及其动力学特征,研究了Cu与土壤磷酸酶活性和酶促反应参数之间的关系.结果表明:土壤磷酸酶活性随着底物浓度的增加而增加;在相同底物浓度下,土壤磷酸酶活性随Cu浓度的增加而降低;底物浓度、铜浓度相同时磷酸酶活性存在差异,这与土壤磷酸酶的酸度和碱度有关;铜与土壤磷酸酶的最大反应速度V_(max)呈现极显著相关,表明可以用V_(max)来表征土壤受重金属Cu的污染水平.In order to obtain the effects of different concentrations of copper on soil phosphatase activity and its kinetic characteristics,the relationship between copper and soil phosphatase activity and enzymatic reaction parameters was studied.The results showed that soil phosphatase activity increased with the increase of substrate concentration.At the same substrate concentration,soil phosphatase activity decreased with the increase of copper concentration.When the substrate concentration and copper concentration are the same,there are differences in phosphatase activity,which is related to the acidity and alkalinity of soil phosphatase.There is a very significant correlation between copper and the maximum reaction rate V_(max) of soil phosphatase,indicating that V_(max) can be used to characterize the soil pollution level with heavy metal Cu.
