摘 要:庆城油田页岩油水平井采用大液量体积压裂准自然能量开发,但整体产量递减严重。老油区部分井虽然水平段长,控制储量大,但因初期改造不充分,单井累产油和采收率较低,且老井酸化解堵产能恢复率逐年降低,地层能量不足是产量下降主要因素。为实现页岩油开发地层能量的有序接替和利用,提出了水平井重复压裂补能和采出水笼统补能的对策。通过优先使用回注采出水成熟技术,提高波及体积和驱油效率,再重点通过开展二氧化碳补能及水平井重复压裂室内研究,明确了不同井不同工艺参数的差异化设计。通过开展水平井采出水笼统补能和二氧化碳补能试验4井次及水平井重复压裂提高采收率试验3井次等现场试验,有效提高单井液量4~5倍,同时提升地层能量70%左右。研究结果为不同油井和提采方式实现页岩油水平井高效提高采收率提供了可选择的方法。The shale oil horizontal wells in Qingcheng Oilfield are developed using high volume hydraulic fracturing with quasi natural energy,but the overall production decline is severe.Although some wells in the matured oil area have long horizontal sections and large controlled reserves,due to insufficient initial transformation,the cumulative oil production and recovery rate of single wells are low.In addition,the recovery rate of production by acidizing and unplugging in old wells has been decreasing year by year,and insufficient formation energy is the main factor causing the decline in production.In order to achieve the orderly succession and utilization of formation energy in shale oil development,a strategy of combination of repeated fracturing and produced water commingled energy replenishment in horizontal wells has been proposed.By prioritizing the use of mature technology for reinjection of produced water,the affected volume and oil displacement efficiency are improved,and with a focus on indoor research on carbon dioxide energy replenishment and horizontal well repeated fracturing,the differentiated design of different process parameters for different wells is clarified.By conducting field experiments such as commingled energy replenishment and carbon dioxide energy replenishment tests on horizontal well produced water for 4 wells,as well as repeated fracturing tests for 3 wells to improve oil recovery,the single well fluid volume has been effectively increased by 4 to 5 times,and the formation energy has been increased by about 70%.This technology provides optional methods for achieving efficient recovery of shale oil horizontal wells with different oil wells and extraction methods.
