摘　　要：作为马克思主义中国化的重大理论成果,习近平文化思想是新时代党领导文化建设实践经验的理论总结,描绘了新时代中国共产党文化建构的路径;丰富和发展了马克思主义文化建设理论,开辟了中国共产党理论创新的新境界;为新时代中国共产党担负起新的文化使命提供了思想武器和行动指南,指引宣传思想文化事业在举旗定向、正本清源中取得历史性成就、发生历史性变革。学习、研究、阐释习近平文化思想的价值意蕴,有利于为我们在新的起点上担负起推动文化繁荣、建设文化强国、建设中华民族现代文明的文化使命提供强大的价值引领力。As a major theoretical achievement of the Sinicization of Marxism,Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is a theoretical summary of the Party̍s practical experience in leading cultural construction in the new era.It depicts the path of cultural construction of the Com-munist Party of China(CPC)in the new era.It enriches and develops the theory of cultural construction of Marxism,and opens up a new realm of theoretical innovation of the CPC.It provides a weapon of thought and a guide of action in assuming the new cultural mis-sion,directing the propaganda,ideological and cultural work to make historic achievements and changes in lifting the flag,orienting and correcting the sources.Studying,researching and interpreting the value implication of Xi Jinping Thought on Culture is conducive to providing a strong value leading force for us to assume at a new starting point the cultural mission of promoting cultural prosperity,building the socialist culture and modern Chinese civilization.
