摘  要:针对某煤化工废水处理系统中超滤膜污染的问题,通过分析超滤进水水质、操作条件和膜材质等因素,将超滤膜污染的类型分为有机污染、无机污染、生物污染和胶体污染。结合实际运行情况,提出了一系列有效的膜清洗方法和预防措施,如优化预处理工艺、优化操作参数、选择抗污染的膜材质以及实施在线监测和控制。这些预防措施显著提高了超滤膜系统的运行效率和使用寿命,保障了废水处理系统的稳定运行。To address the problem of ultrafiltration membrane fouling in a coal chemical wastewater treatment system,according to the analysis of the ultrafiltration influent water quality,operating conditions and membrane materials,the fouling was classified into the following four types:organic pollution,inorganic pollution,biological pollution and colloidal pollution.Combined with the actual operation situation,a series of effective membrane cleaning methods and preventive measures such as optimizing the pretreatment process and operating parameters,selecting pollution-resistant membrane materials and implementing online monitoring and control,were proposed.These preventive measures obviously improve the operational efficiency and prolong the service life of the ultrafiltration membrane system,which guarantee the stable operation of the wastewater treatment system.
