摘 要:针对某医药企业生产废水污染物因子多、浓度高低不一、可生化性差等特点,采用了分类处理,高浓度废水采用车间预处理-零价铁(ZVI)还原+氧化工艺处理,与低浓度废水混合后采用气浮-水解酸化-高效双循环(HIC)厌氧塔-两级AO-MBR-流化床芬顿(FBR)氧化塔组合工艺进行处理,在混合废水COD_(Cr)、氨氮、总氮质量浓度分别为5430、222和371 mg/L的条件下,处理出水分别为240、21和45 mg/L,对应去除率分别为95.6%、90.5%、87.9%,符合园区污水处理厂纳管标准。Wastewater from a pharmaceutical enterprise contains various kinds of pollutants with different concentrations,which exhibits poor biodegradability,according to the above characteristics,classification process was adopted.Using workshop pretreatment-zero valent iron(ZVI)reduction+oxidation process to treat high concentration wastewater,the effluent water was mixed with low concentration wastewater,and the mixture was then be treated by combined process of air flotation-hydrolytic acidification-high efficiency dual cycle(HIC)anaerobic tower-two stage AO-MBR-fludized bed Fenton(FBR)oxidation tower.Under the condition that the mass concentrations of COD_(Cr),ammonia nitrogen,total nitrogen in the mixed wastewater were 5430,222,371 mg/L respectively,the corresponding indexes in the effluent water were 240,21 and 45 mg/L respectively,the removal rates were 95.6%,90.5%and 87.9%respectively,which complied with the emission standard of the industrial park.
