从木兰溪综合治理看习近平生态文明思想的生动实践

摘　　要：在分析木兰溪综合治理“前世今生”的基础上,阐述木兰溪综合治理实践诠释了习近平生态文明思想:坚持人与自然和谐共生的新生态自然观,绿水青山就是金山银山、保护环境就是保护生产力的新经济发展观,山水林田湖草沙是一个生命共同体的新系统观,人民群众对美好生活的需求就是我们的奋斗目标的新民生政绩观。进而提出木兰溪综合治理实践的现实启示:绿色引领是推动发展方式转型的战略路径,因地制宜是坚持生态优先理念的内生动力,人民立场是实现人水和谐共生的长久保障,综合治理是建设生态治水样板的成功经验,文明教育是推进美丽中国建设的现实之需。On the basis of analyzing the"past and present"of the comprehensive management of Mulan River,this paper elaborates on the practice of Mulan River comprehensive management,which interprets Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought:adhering to the new ecological and natural concept of harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,the new economic development concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets,that protecting the environment is as valuable as protecting productive forces,the new system view that mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes,grasses,and sands are a community of life,and the new livelihood achievement view that the people's demand for a better life is our goal of struggle.Furthermore,the practical implications of the comprehensive management of Mulan Creek are proposed:green leadership is a strategic path to promote the transformation of development mode,adapting to local conditions is an endogenous driving force to adhere to the ecological priority concept,the people's standpoint is a long-term guarantee for achieving harmonious coexistence between humans and water,comprehensive management is a successful experience in building an ecological water management model,and civilized education is a practical need to promote the construction of a beautiful China.
