摘 要:在煤矿定向钻机培训过程中,因钻机操作工序复杂且危险系数高,传统培训方式难以实现经济、高效的训练效果。为此,提出了煤矿定向钻机半实物虚拟实训系统设计方案。以ZYL-8000D型履带式全液压定向钻机为例,首先利用SolidWorks与3dsMax联合建模与材质贴图,然后使用Unity3D进行地形搭建、系统架构、钻机功能模块的开发。最后,利用CAN总线与以太网的通信方式实现了实物装置与虚拟钻机的交互。该系统为煤矿工人提供了一种安全、高效的培训方式。In the training process of directional drilling machine in coal mine,due to the complexity and high risk factor of the drilling machine operation,it is difficult to achieve economic and efficient training effect by traditional training methods.For this reason,a semi-physical virtual training system design programme for directional drilling machine in coal mine is proposed.Taking ZYL-8000D crawler fully-hydraulic directional drilling machine as an example,firstly,SolidWorks and 3dsMax are used for joint modelling and material mapping,then Unity3D is used for terrain construction,system architecture and the development of functional modules of drilling machine.Finally,the interaction between physical device and virtual drilling machine was realised using CAN bus and Ethernet communication.This system can provide a safe and efficient training method for coal miners.
