摘  要:在工程实践中,瓦斯浓度已经成为制约高瓦斯、透气性差的煤层开采安全性和经济性的主要因素,通常对其进行压裂改造,降低瓦斯浓度对煤层开采安全的影响。本文以具有高瓦斯、埋藏浅、厚度大等特点的煤层为研究对象,针对目标煤层特点,从改造工艺和压裂施工两方面着手,利用理论分析和现场试验结合的方式,提出了一套经济高效的压裂施工方案,并选取目标煤层的23口井进行现场试验。应用结果表明,该方案下压裂施工成功率100%,有效率100%,同时也提高了煤层气的抽采量,应用效果良好。压裂改造工艺的研究为煤矿安全生产和煤层气综合利用奠定了技术基础。In engineering practice,gas concentration has become the main factor restricting the safety and economy of coal seam mining with high gas content and poor permeability.Fracturing modification is usually carried out to reduce the impact of gas concentration on coal seam mining safety.This paper takes coal seams with high gas content,shallow burial depth and large thickness as the research object,proposes a set of economically efficient fracturing construction plan based on the characteristics of the target coal seam,from two aspects:modification technology and fracturing construction by combining theoretical analysis and field experiments,and selects 23 wells in the target coal seam for field testing.The application results show that the success rate of fracturing construction under this scheme is 100%,with an effective rate of 100%.At the same time,it also increases the extraction volume of coalbed methane,and the application effect is good.The research on hydraulic fracturing technology has laid a technical foundation for coal mine safety production and comprehensive utilization of coalbed methane.The research on hydraulic fracturing technology has laid a technical foundation for coal mine safety production and comprehensive utilization of coalbed methane.
