摘　　要：本文以在生产及销售过程中因各种原因而引发投诉的羽绒服装质量案例为研究对象,依托于各案例的检测结果,将羽绒服装中钻绒、面料变色沾色、面料易沾油污及面料洗后出现黑色斑点等常见的质量问题进行分析,并提出针对性的预防措施,对羽绒服装企业预防此类质量问题的发生具有良好的指导意义。This article takes down clothing quality cases that have caused complaints due to various reasons in the production and sales process as the research object.Based on the detection results of each case,common quality problems such as drilling down,fabric discoloration and staining,fabric susceptibility to oil stains and black spots after fabric washing in down clothing are analyzed.Targeted preventive measures are proposed based on the fiber composition and production process information of down clothing in each case,which has good guiding significance for down clothing enterprises to prevent the occurrence of such quality problems.
