摘 要:本文以一栋逐渐收进、核心筒偏心布置、底部为多层架空错层的钢筋混凝土框架-核心筒高层结构为例,对结构含有扭转不规则、楼板不连续、尺寸突变、构件间断等多项不规则项的复杂超限高层建筑进行结构分析和设计。通过采用盈建科、迈达斯等多个程序,对不同情况下多个模型的结构分别进行了小震、中震和大震作用下的计算分析,并针对项目中的不规则项进行专项性能化分析及采取相应的加强措施。计算结果表明,该结构能够满足设定的性能目标。This article takes a reinforced concrete frame core tube high-rise structure that gradually retracts,with an eccentric arrangement of the core tube and a multi-layered overhead staggered bottom as an example to analyze and design a complex over limit high-rise building with multiple irregularities such as torsion irregularity,floor discontinuity,size mutation,and component discontinuity.By using multiple programs such as Yingjianke and Midas,the calculation and analysis of structures respectively under small,medium,and large earthquakes were carried out for multiple models in different situations.Special performance analysis was carried out for irregular items in the project,and corresponding strengthening measures were taken.The calculation results indicate that the structure can meet the set performance goals.
