摘 要:吹填砂地基通常含水量高、压缩性强和抗剪强度低。因此,在工程建设前应对其进行地基处理。为了研究密砂石桩在处理吹填砂地基的适用性,本文以某新建道路的吹填砂路基工程为例,在总结已有密砂石桩应用经验的基础上,通过对现场地质情况进行梳理,初步拟定了密砂石桩的规格及间距,并开展地基处理试验段,在完成处理后进行现场荷载试验,以验证密砂石桩地基处理的合理性。现场荷载试验及沉降监测结果表明:经过密砂石桩处理后形成的复合地基能够承载120 kPa以上的荷载,并且其工后沉降量显著减小。因此,本文采用的密砂石桩处理吹填砂地基取得了效果显著,可为类似项目提供了有益参考。Blowing fill sand foundation usually has high moisture content,high compressibility,and low shear strength.Therefore,foundation treatment should be carried out before engineering construction.In order to study the applicability of dense sand and gravel piles in treating blown sand foundations,this article takes the blown sand subgrade project of a newly built road as an example,based on the summary of existing experience in the application of dense sand and gravel piles,the specifications and spacing of dense sand and gravel piles were preliminarily formulated by sorting out the geological conditions on site,and a foundation treatment test section was carried out,after completion of the treatment,on-site load tests were conducted to verify the rationality of the dense sand and gravel pile foundation treatment.The results of on-site load tests and settlement monitoring indicate that the composite foundation formed after treatment with dense sand and gravel piles can bear loads of over 120 kPa,and its post construction settlement is significantly reduced.Therefore,the dense sand and the gravel pile used in this article has achieved significant results in treating the sand filled foundation,which can provide useful reference for similar projects.
