管棚支护在隧道塌方冒顶处治中的应用

摘  要:以安徽省境内某隧道工程项目为背景,针对隧道施工中遇到的塌方冒顶问题,从地质条件及气候条件的角度分析其成因,并提出了以管棚支护加固为核心的处治对策。通过选用超前大管棚穿越塌方体,利用管棚注浆加固技术提升围岩等级,形成加固圈,确保塌方冒顶部位加固区能承受住顶部围岩荷载。同时,在坍塌段进行了初期支护的加固补强,并采用了三台阶开挖工法。结合现场围岩含水率监测和施工监控量测等数据成功穿越复杂地质区域。后期监控量测数据显示,拱顶下沉和拱腰周边位移的最大变化速率分别为0.7 mm/d,0.9 mm/d,累计位移值分别为7.6 mm,8.2 mm。管棚支护措施有效地控制了围岩的变形,并为开挖作业提供稳定支撑,从而保障了施工的安全性。本研究成果可为类似工程项目提供有益的参考和借鉴。Taking a tunnel project in Anhui Province as the background,aiming at the problem of collapse and roof fall encountered in tunnel construction,this paper analyzes its causes from the perspective of geological conditions and climatic conditions,and puts forward the treatment countermeasures with pipe shed support reinforcement as the core.By selecting advanced large pipe shed to pass through the collapsed body,the pipe shed grouting reinforcement technology is used to improve the surrounding rock grade and form a reinforcement circle to ensure that the reinforcement area of the collapsed roof can withstand the load of the surrounding rock at the top.At the same time,the initial support was reinforced in the collapsed section,and the three-step excavation method was adopted.Combined with the data of on-site surrounding rock moisture content monitoring and construction monitoring measurement,it successfully crosses the complex geological area.The later monitoring and measurement data show that the maximum change rates of the vault subsidence and the displacement around the arch waist are 0.7 mm/d and 0.9 mm/d,respectively,and the cumulative displacement values are 7.6 mm and 8.2 mm,respectively.The pipe shed support measures effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock and provide stable support for excavation,thus ensuring the safety of construction.The research results can provide useful reference for similar projects.
