摘 要:传统的市政给排水管网施工方法,会使管道弯曲程度变大,变得不稳定。为减少这类现象的发生,提出了市政给排水管网超大直径钢顶管施工方法,将超大直径钢顶管施工技术应用于市政给排水管网工程项目中。选择市政给排水管网超大直径钢顶管设备,安装顶管导轨及千斤顶,在安装过程中对钢顶管坡口进行焊接,并对钢顶管注浆,从而实现市政给排水管网超大直径钢顶管施工。根据工程概况和实验准备工作进行实验测试,结果证明,超大直径钢顶管施工方法在弯曲程度方面表现更为平稳,能确保管道的整体质量和稳定性。该技术将为城市的给排水系统建设带来更多的便利和效益。The traditional construction method of municipal water supply and drainage pipe network will make the bending degree of the pipe larger and become unstable.In order to reduce the occurrence of this phenomenon,the construction method of super large diameter steel pipe jacking of municipal water supply and drainage pipe network is put forward,and the construction technology of ultra-large diameter steel pipe jacking is applied to municipal water supply and drainage pipe network project.Select the large-diameter steel pipe jacking equipment of the municipal water supply and drainage network,install the pipe jacking guide rail and jack,weld the steel pipe jacking groove during the installation process,and grouting the steel pipe jacking,so as to realize the large-diameter steel pipe jacking construction of the municipal water supply and drainage network.Carry out the experimental test according to the engineering overview and the experimental preparation work,the results prove that the construction method of super-large diameter steel pipe jacking is more stable in the bending degree,which can ensure the overall quality and stability of the pipe.This technology will bring more convenience and benefits to the construction of urban water supply and drainage system.
