摘 要:本文对旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工技术的特点进行简要分析,介绍南沙国际金融论坛(IFF)永久会址项目相关概况。考虑到项目土层实际情况及工期、环保等方面的要求,确定本工程基坑支护钻孔桩采用高效、环保的旋挖钻孔灌注桩工艺。对建筑施工中旋挖钻孔灌注桩施工技术的具体应用流程与相关技术要点进行分析。最终施工效果显示,在建筑工程中积极推广应用旋挖钻孔灌注桩技术可以为建筑物提供稳定的基础,保证建筑物的安全性和使用寿命,并取得了良好的应用效果。This paper provides a brief analysis of the characteristics of the construction technology of rotary drilling and grouting piles,and introduces the relevant overview of the permanent site project of the Nansha International Financial Forum(IFF).Considering the actual situation of the project soil layer and the requirements of the construction period and environmental protection,it is determined that the efficient and environmentally friendly rotary excavation drilling and grouting pile technology will be adopted for the foundation pit support drilling pile of this project.Analyze the specific application process and related technical points of rotary drilling and grouting pile construction technology in construction.The final construction effect shows that actively promoting the application of rotary drilling and grouting pile technology in construction projects can provide a stable foundation for buildings,ensure the safety and service life of buildings,and achieve good application results.
